Apple has just concluded its Far Out event, unveiling its iPhone 14 lineup, three new Apple Watches, one of which is the much anticipated Apple Watch Ultra, and the latest generation of AirPods Pro headphones.

The iPhone-14 gets a revived “Plus” model with a bigger-size

The iPhone 13 and the iPhone 14 feature a notch on display and a chip from Apple’s A15 family. As a result, the iPhone 14 does not include many significant improvements over the iPhone 13. However, Apple released a new Plus variant with a larger display (6.7 inches) and improved battery life. This model is called the iPhone XS Max.
Both devices come equipped with the primary camera sensor that has been increased to 12 megapixels and a TrueDepth selfie camera with 12 megapixels and autofocus.

Always-on displays will also be available on the iPhone Pro and iPhone Pro Max when Apple releases them. Apple has declared that it will no longer ship iPhone 14 models in the United States with physical SIM card trays. An eSIM, commonly known as a digital SIM card, will be used instead of the traditional SIM card in the iPhone 14. Apple claims that e-SIMs are more secure and should make it easier for consumers to transfer between carriers. However, it may be more difficult for users who are accustomed to the ease of pulling their SIM-card out of their phone and swapping it to another phone to change their service.

For use in critical situations across the United States and Canada, Apple is integrating satellite connectivity into its newest iPhone models, the 14 and 14 Pro. As long as the sky remains clear, Apple claims that you should be able to send an SOS-message to a nearby-emergency-service by pointing your phone in the direction of the nearest satellite if you need assistance but do-not-have service. The capability will come standard for the next two years on all new phones at no further cost.
Apple introduces the new Apple Watch-Ultra for extreme-sports

The brand new Apple Watch Ultra features a more robust design and is intended for athletes who participate in extreme sports. It has a more significant titanium case measuring 49 millimeters designed to protect it from wear and tear. Additionally, it has a new action button that can be customized to transition between different types of sports. Oceanic Ultra users can now keep track of their dives underwater thanks to the newly released Oceanic Plus app.
Apple is planning to release a battery optimization feature later this year that will give the Apple Watch Ultra an enhanced battery life of up to 60 hours on a single charge. Currently, the Apple Watch Ultra has a battery life of up to 36 hours on a single order.
Preorders for the Watch Ultra can be placed today for $799, and delivery is scheduled to begin on September 23.
The Watch-Series-8 comes with new temperature sensors

Apple’s next-gen Two new temperature sensors have been added to the Apple Watch Series 8, one on the rear and one beneath the display. These sensors are intended to assist with fertility tracking. Apple claims that the watch can detect temperature changes as slight as 0.1 degrees Celsius and does so at a rate of once every five seconds.
In addition, a brand new crash-detection tool may determine if you have been involved in an automobile accident and then provide you with the choice to contact for assistance. Apple also revealed a low-power mode, which can be used to assist conserve battery life by turning off some capabilities, such as an always-on display.

iOS-16 and watchOS-9 are coming on September 12
